Seasalt a Cornish clothing company were looking to open a new shop on Guernsey. They settled on occupying 25 Commercial Arcade in St Peter Port. Create were commissioned to prepare detailed working drawings for the fit out of the shop. An application was made and approved to install new air conditioning to the roof and make alterations to the shop front. Create were involved in assisting the company with the supervision, monitoring of the work on site ensuring the works were completed in accordance with the drawings.
