Originally known as The Bouet, Le Clouet forms the largest residential redevelopment project for the Guernsey Housing Association.

The original buildings were in desperate need of replacement with modern housing designed to current standards. The redevelopment now consists of 55 units, designed to comply with Lifetime Home and Secure by Design principles.
