Replacing a lean-to and outbuilding with a new two storey extension has provided this family home with much needed space.

The rear extension provides an enlarged kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and new entrance area. On the first floor the new bedroom now benefits from lovely views, with an additional en-suite bathroom.

Does your house need extending to create more space?

It was only when we were planning the finishing touches to our house that we realised that most of them were only possible because of the thought and planning which had been put into the original design.
