Create were tasked with the complete refurbishment/renovation and remodelling of the layout of the existing house to create living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, incorporating the creation of a new entrance (to provide more open space) and stairway leading up to the first-floor living accommodation.
We also extended the first-floor balcony across the back of the house to create an outdoor living and entertaining space with a staircase leading down from the balcony into the newly landscaped garden.
