An attic conversion, dormer balcony and glazed extension have provided space and light and views of Guernsey’s coast.

The attic now houses a master bedroom suite with dressing area and en-suite, with modification of the stairs to provide access. The rear extension provides level access onto the existing terrace and to the garden below.
